Colony contains nitrifying bacteria, which is absolutely essential when it comes to setting up a new tank. This product comes in both Freshwater and Marine varieties.
Before you can introduce fish into your new aquarium, bio-filtration must be established in order to filter out harmful toxins produced by the fish- i.e. ammonia and nitrite. Both formulas have proven to be indispensable to new fish keepers.
The Marine variety contains two different strains of of nitrifying bacteria essential to saltwater systems- Nitrococcus and Nitrosococcus.
The Freshwater variety contains two strains more suited to fresh water: Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter.
Your new tank will be cycled before you know it!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing (in store) or receiving your item (online orders/home delivery) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
